This Privacy Policy explains how Yangfan VPN (referred to as "this Service" or "we") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when providing mobile, desktop, and related network access services. We process data under principles of necessity, transparency, and minimization.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information required to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device system version, in-app feature usage, connection diagnostics, and approximate region. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on node status; 2. analyze failures, congestion, and compatibility issues through anonymized aggregated data; 3. send necessary service, security, or account notices. We do not use this data for unrelated advertising profiles.

We only transmit anonymous or aggregated data to third-party providers when needed for crash analysis, push notifications, payment processing, app distribution, or basic statistics, such as Google Play Services and Firebase. Except in the following cases, we do not disclose personal information: 1. legal process, court order, or regulatory requirement; 2. action required to protect users, the public, or service security; 3. work with entrusted providers bound by confidentiality obligations. You can stop new data collection by uninstalling the App through your device system.

User-provided data is retained during the account term and a reasonable retention period. To request account deletion, personal data removal, or privacy assistance, contact us at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information; if such collection is discovered, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use access controls, encrypted transport, permission separation, and operational audits to reduce unauthorized access risk.
