Jailbreaking, rooting, or using a tampered system may affect availability and increase security risk.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, payment services, or app store distribution. When using related features, you are also subject to those third parties' terms and privacy policies.

Service availability depends on your device, operating system, local network, carrier, and target platform policy. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by unpaid bills, data limits, poor signal, roaming charges, device faults, or lack of authorization from the bill payer. Mobile data, roaming, and related charges outside Wi-Fi are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for how they use the Service and must comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules. We work to provide accurate node, route, and version information, but some status data may be affected by third-party networks, data centers, app stores, or platform policies. The App may release updates for security and compatibility, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate service according to law; after termination, the usage license also ends.

Unauthorized use: no refund will be provided if accounts, licenses, subscriptions, or digital access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of the terms.
